One of the most important changes we can make to improve our health is to increase or levels of physical activity and to lose weight.Making changes to our lifestyle can seem daunting at first, and it is a big commitment.Experts often recommend having a friend to partner you in your exercise regime, so that you can motivate each other. Your health is greatly important, and so is pet health. So too is the relationship you share with your dog. I can’t think of a better way to take care of each other than to exercise together.
